I had a great stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of my room was impressive and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Additionally, I really appreciated the convenient location, as it made transportation easy and stress-free. The staff was helpful and attentive, always ensuring that my needs were met. Finally, the breakfast served was delicious and exceeded my expectations.

The hotel offered excellent room service and the food was beyond expectations. The rooms were maintained clean throughout our stay. the hotel's location provided easy access to key city attractions, making it convenient for our city tour.

Some confusion was faced while checking in as there was miscommunication between the front desk and the hotel staff regarding pricing. The parking and lobby were located at a far distance from the rooms, which was not communicated properly.

The hotel is excellent - good rooms, great room service, friendly staff, and delicious food. The rooms were also clean.

The hotel is decent with prompt room service. the staff is polite and the food is delicious. But, it's hard to find parking and the lobby is far away. there's a lack of proper guidance. Nonetheless, the rooms were clean and well-maintained.

My new year experience in this hotel was fabulous. First, the excellent room service added more comfort to my stay, and the staff was very friendly and cooperative during our stay. Second, the food was exceptional, and we enjoyed various delicious meals throughout our stay. the hotel's location was great, and we appreciated its proximity to essential landmarks and exciting places to visit.

One disadvantage was that there was some miscommunication between the reception and the OYO staff regarding pricing. This led to confusion and frustration that we had to call and resolve.
